My professional experience is in Business-to-Business and Business-to-Professional marketing for technical markets including the life sciences, chemistry and related fields; successfully dealing with R&D scientists, reference laboratory technicians and industrial manufacturing personnel. I offer a fundamental understanding of the motivators for these customers that is not commonly found in the majority of marketing professionals.
I have marketed chemicals, test kits, instruments and disposable plastics: brands that were market leaders and others with small market shares. Much knowledge was gained through practical, hands-on experience in large and small organizations.
In the recent past, co-workers have described me as capable, confident, co-operative, logical, practical and sincere. I would add that I am good-natured and enjoy a good laugh.
I do my best to provide practical, to-the-point service. As an individual, I do not offer the range or depth of a consulting firm or agency and I don’t bill at those rates. If you ask me for a service that I believe could be done better by someone else, I will tell you so and recommend the appropriate vendor.
I am willing to take on small projects and supplement your in-house capabilities.
